In the US, healthcare market research firm inVibe Labs has appointed Sunny Shah as Vice President of Insights.
Through the inVibe platform, companies can access millions of patients and doctors across hundreds of conditions and specialities. In addition, using its voice-enabled machine learning platform, inVibe conducts virtual interviews, capturing and measuring participant voice, interest, emotion, and activation. Shah (pictured) joins with a background in pharma marketing research and strategy. Most recently, he spent a brief spell at Symphony Health as Engagement Manager, prior to which, he worked for consumer collaboration specialist C Space as Associate Director, Health. Earlier, he served as Senior Manager of Consulting Services at Kantar Health, and he was a Research Manager at Roger Green and Associates (RG+A).
In his new role, Shah will lead business development, client relations and strategic direction for several health, medical, and pharma sector accounts. He will also spearhead the company's ongoing collection and analysis of large data streams, to identify and evaluate trends within the healthcare space.
CEO Fabio Gratton comments: 'Sunny understands the many applications of our speech emotion recognition platform, and knows how to combine it creatively with other research methodologies. His approach brings an entirely new layer of insights to pharma companies, ensuring their strategies, messages and tactics fully connect and resonate with patients and physicians.'
