BODEN Launches LatAm Social Media Listening Solution

Cross-cultural communications agency BODEN has launched a social media listening 'command center' called Escucha, for the Latin American market.

Using the new tool, brands will be able to listen to and engage with consumers and influencers across Latin America, while building advocacy and improving brand perception. Escucha provides rapid-response mechanisms to engage with current trends, consumers and influencers in real-time. Using the service, marketers can identify conversation drivers and opportunities across multiple countries, and use the resulting consumer insights and analytics to inform their social media content strategies, and influencer activity.
