Ipsos MENA Names New CEO of IIS and Operations

Joseph El Habre has been named Chief Executive of Ipsos Interactive Services (IIS) & Operations in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.

El Habre (pictured) has worked for Ipsos for more than two decades, most recently as MENA COO. In his new position, he will ensure that surveys are run using the most appropriate range of techniques, and will oversee the expansion of the Observer department and the IIS Online panel in the region.

The panel currently has around 500,000 members in eight MENA countries (UAE, Lebanon, KSA, Egypt, Qatar, Morocco, Jordan and Kuwait), while Ipsos has bases in fifteen MENA states and conducts studies in twenty.
