Experian Promotes Jayaraman for BI and Data Role

Global information services company Experian has promoted former India MD Mohan Jayaraman to the newly created role of Regional Managing Director Asia Pacific for Decisions Analytics (DA), Business Information Services (BI) and Data.

Jayaraman (pictured) joined the group in 2010 as COO in India, before becoming Managing Director a year later. In the latter role, he helped expand Experian India's multiple business lines. He was previously Head of Payment Solutions and Analytics with ICICI Bank Limited, where he managed the debit and credit cards businesses, and the enterprise analytics division for the bank.

In his new position, Jayaraman is tasked with driving greater collaboration across Experian's Product, Consulting and Analytics business, while taking on responsibility and management of the firm's Japanese Analytics, Decision Analytics, and Business Information business. His previous responsibilities will be taken over by former banker Vaishali Kasture as Country Manager of India.
