New Hire for London Insight Consultancy The Forge

London-based strategic insight consultancy The Forge has appointed Kirsty MacEachen as the latest member of its senior team.

Kirsty MacEachenFounded in 2013 by Simon Garnett, Steven Melford, Karl Miley and Ben Glassock and based in Putney, The Forge helps clients with consumer-driven business strategy programmes. Its approach combines classic research methodologies and newer approaches around data analytics and social media analysis.

MacEachen (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience across the globe. Most recently, she managed her own brand consultancy in Sydney, Australia, and worked as a freelance brand consultant. Earlier in her career, she held senior brand management and planning roles at Unilever, Danone and Pepsico, and worked agency-side at Kantar Added Value as Managing Partner, She was also CEO of boutique brand growth agency Quest Navigation.
