Lotame Appoints Chief Revenue Officer

Data exchange and DMP Lotame has appointed Eric Marterella as Chief Revenue Officer, based in its New York City office and overseeing all revenue-focused and client retention initiatives worldwide.

Eric MarterellaHe joins from Sprinklr where he was a Global Vice President during five years in which the firm grew from a $20m valuation and 30 people to a $1.8bn valuation and over 1,200 people. He has more than eighteen years' international sales leadership experience from companies including Digex Business Internet, AT&T and Cisco.

A graduate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, Marterella co-chairs a monthly executive leadership forum called The Leadership Breakfast, with 1,200 members from the Washington D.C. area. In his new role, he will turn his experience to Lotame's continuing global expansion.

Lotame's international revenue has risen by 300% since 2015, while customer numbers are up 500% - it now boasts offices in Maryland, San Francisco, London, Singapore, Mumbai and Sydney. In 2016, the firm added audience targeting tools for television, bringing digital intelligence to TV and video; and six months ago it partnered with customer data 'onboarding' firm LiveRamp, to help clients connect their off-line, subscription and CRM data with digital and mobile data.
