Marketing personalization tech firm Qubit has promoted Joe Smith to Chief Revenue Officer and appointed Leah Anathan as CMO, and says it is hiring across multiple locations across three continents.
London-based, the firm helps clients in the ecommerce, travel and gaming sectors to understand customers and deliver personalization at scale. Qubit says its platform is used to personalize c.$600m in online sales each week.
Smith was previously General Manager for Qubit's European operations, and will now take responsibility for global revenue, global go-to-market strategy and customer growth.
Anathan was formerly CMO at eCommerce software firm PrestaShop, helping to launch an award-winning rebrand, a new Paris headquarters, and marketing programs in 40 countries. She will now lead Qubit's global marketing program and teams.
The company is opening new offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Hamburg and Barcelona, and hiring staff for these and for existing operations in New York City, Paris, Lahore and the London HQ.
