NelsonHall Names Cognitive Services Research Leader

In the US, global analyst firm NelsonHall has appointed Dave Mayer as Senior Analyst, responsible for its RPA & Cognitive Services program, driving research in robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), cognitive business and machine learning.

Founded in 1998 and headquartered in the UK, NelsonHall specialises in business process outsourcing (BPO) and sector analysis of the outsourcing market. Mayer (pictured) joins in the US from digital transformation specialist Wipro Digital, where he served as Global Head of Insights and Practice Director for Marketing Analytics; before which he was Chief Data Officer for marketing sciences consultancy Aristeia. He has also held senior roles at Extelligent and Intel.
