Cultural Insights Agency Crowd DNA Grows in UK and US

In London, cultural insights agency Crowd DNA has hired Sabrina Qureshi as Online Communities Director, while Sarah Griffiths joins as a Consultant. Over in New York, Isabelle Kåge joins as a Consultant, and Senior Consultant Tom Eccles has transferred from the London office.

Sabrina Qureshi, Sarah Griffiths, Isabelle Kåge and Tom EcclesFormed in 2008, Crowd DNA conducts commercial and thought leadership research in areas such as media, fashion retail, technology and entertainment. The firm combines researchers with strategists, writers, designers and film-makers, based in its offices in London, Amsterdam and New York. Qureshi joins the newly created role from Harris Interactive, where she served as Head of Online Communities, having previously worked for Vision Critical as Senior Client Services Manager, and TNS as an SRE. In her new role, she will build Crowd DNA's capabilities in running online communities, with a focus on those designed to provide rich immersion and fuel innovation programmes. Griffiths worked previously as a Strategy Consultant at branding agency Smith Dawson, where she was involved in initial research and conceptual development, through to production and delivery.

Kåge joins in New York from Insight Strategy Group where she worked as a Senior Analyst, using quant methodologies for segmentation, brand tracking, and customer journey mapping projects; and moderated virtual qual studies. Prior to this, she was an Insight Analyst at research agency Augur in Stockholm. Eccles moves after a decade with the firm, from London to New York, and will focus on establishing film production capabilities in the US. The company says it is planning to grow the New York team to ten by mid-2018.
