LivingLens Extends North America Team

UK-based video data mining specialist LivingLens has promoted Matt Marontate to the role of Vice President of Sales in Toronto, while Laura Hayner has joined as Customer Success Manager, supporting North American clients from the office in New York.

Matt Marontate and Laura HaynerLaunched by Curiosity Insight founder Carl Wong and retail sector specialist David Woods, the firm offers an app allowing consumers to capture, edit and share videos. Resulting content can then be analysed using software that intelligently searches every spoken word captured 'in any video, in any language'. Last year, LivingLens added machine speech recognition capabilities, to offer a near real-time 'speech to text' service.

Marontate joined two years ago as Business Development Director in London, having previous worked for research and tech firm Vision Critical, originally in Toronto and then in the UK as Manager, Business Development - FMCG & Retail. In his new role, he will continue to work with global clients with a North American focus. Hayner was previously an Insight & Technology Executive at mobile qual specialist Kiosk. She will now support clients both MR agencies and end clients.
