New Viewing Facility Opens in St. Louis

Schlesinger Associates affiliate The Insight Lab has opened a new research facility in Downtown St. Louis, MO, USA, boasting 'two uber-contemporary and unique suites for researchers'.

New facility opened...The Insight Lab, which is owned by St. Louis based qual agency Brädo Creative Insight, has relocated from another location a short distance away. The new facility offers 'The Clark Room', a high-spec, custom-designed usability lab including touch-sensitive monitors and eye tracking technology at each respondent station, plus an interactive video wall called the 'Collaboration Hub'. Alternatively 'The Soulard Room' offers a blend of 'classic and contemporary design' with a private lounge with HD cameras for wide-shot and respondent close-ups, driven by a high tech control station.
