OnePoint Adds Procter to Senior Management Team

UK-based mobile survey solutions provider OnePoint Global has promoted Mark Procter, Head of Global Operations, to its Senior Management Team. The firm has also hired Collette Taylor and Sian Bentley-Magee as Marketing Managers of its SME and Enterprise markets.

The company offers SaaS mobile survey solutions allowing them to be taken 'on any device, in any country, in any language - anytime, anywhere'. Modules include APP, In-App, SMS, Online and MobileWeb, and customers can use them once, build their own white-label products or integrate specific modules with their existing survey platform architecture via Open Source SDKs.

Procter joined in 2012 as Global IT Manager, and took up his current role four years ago. Earlier, he worked for web design specialist Igentics as a Project Manager. CEO Neil Jessop comments: 'This development acknowledges the key role Mark has played improving the company's core infrastructure, operations and customer service teams, to be not just world leading but world class'.

Taylor worked previously at Barclays Direct as Senior Product Manager - Savings; while Bentley-Magee held product management roles at Elavon Financial Services, Ultra Electronics, VocaLink, Saga Investment Direct, and BT.
