Discuss.io Hires for UK and European Growth

Seattle-based online qual firm Discuss.io has appointed long-time Ipsos exec Frank Jellinek as Growth Director for the UK and Europe.

Frank JellinekDiscuss.io provides an online platform for real-time focus groups and other qual research, and uses a massive pool of respondents to allow users to target their desired niche. Uses include product development and optimization, brand and segment exploration, plus ad and concept testing. Earlier this year, the company closed a c.$5m Series A round of funding, which it is using to further develop its platform and expand its engineering and sales teams.

Jellinek (pictured) has seventeen years' global research, innovation, consulting and strategic planning experience, leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones. He joins after working at innovation research and advisory firm Stylus.com, where he served as Regional Director DACH & South Korea. Before this, he held various roles at Ipsos, including National Head - FMCG & Retail Australia; he worked for Ipsos Retail Performance, helping clients in the UK and German-speaking countries; and he managed key accounts in South Korea.

In his new role, Jellinek is tasked with expanding Discuss.io's presence in the UK, and supporting both new and existing clients in the UK and Europe.
