Nielsen has promoted Michael Lee to the role of Managing Director for Hong Kong and Macau, responsible for all business activities in the territories.
Lee (pictured) is currently VP, FMCG and Retail verticals. He joined Nielsen in 2006, from Kerry Logistics, where he served as Senior Marketing Manager, and previously managed marketing and advertising plans for FMCG and healthcare products distributor IDS Group.
In his new role, he reports to Patrick Dodd, Group President, Growth Markets, who comments: 'A veteran Nielsen executive and one of our top talents, Michael's twenty-plus years of FMCG sales and marketing experience, as well as his extensive record of delighting clients, will help to drive growth both for our clients and for Nielsen. Michael brings both local market insight and international vision to his new role, and I have every confidence that he will instil the Nielsen Hong Kong team with new energy and momentum'.
