CRM Firm Zaius Raises $30m

April 13 2018

Customer relationship management (CRM) specialist Zaius has raised $30m in a Series B round of funding, which it will use to further develop its partner and developer ecosystem, and to extend its platform.

Mark GallyZaius' solution merges analytics and customer data platforms that are owned by analysts and managed by IT, with marketing automation systems designed to run campaigns. The company says this provides B2C marketers with complete control of customer data and the tools and insights needed to better understand why and how their customers shop. It then processes and interprets customer interactions across channels and devices, resolving identities to a single customer view so that marketers can understand, target, and convert shoppers.

New funding has been led by Insight Venture Partners, with participation from previous investors Matrix Partners, Underscore VC and Leaders Fund, bringing the total funding to date to $50.8m. Zaius CEO Mark Gally (pictured) comments: 'We've always prided ourselves on being a nimble company that exceeds our customers' expectations, and with this funding we're able to devote even more resources to this mission. This is the end of siloed, legacy technology'.
