LivingLens Adds Three to Customer Success Team

Video data mining specialist LivingLens has hired three new members of staff for its Customer Success team - Brett Henderson, Juliana Almeida and Jenna Boccia.

Brett HendersonLivingLens has offices in London, Liverpool, Toronto and New York. Consumers can use its platform to capture, edit and share videos, with content analysed using software that intelligently searches every spoken word captured 'in any video, in any language'.

Henderson joins in Toronto and will head up the cross-territory Customer Success team. He has 21 years' experience in the MR, software development and CX industries, having most recently served as Customer Success Manager at customer experience management (CEM) solutions company ResponseTek. Before this, he was Research Manager at full-service MR agency Lana Porter Group, Team Lead at Vision Critical and Senior Manager, Internet Panel Operations at Ipsos Reid.

Almeida and Boccia join the Customer Success team in London and Toronto respectively. Almeida, who most recently worked for comScore as Syndicated Client Insights Analyst/AM - France, UK & Ireland, will now focus on European relationships, particularly on the firm's increasing volume of subscription clients. Boccia has spent almost four years at alumni networking and mentoring platform Firsthand Inc, most recently as Customer Success Manager. In her new role, she will support clients in North America, both onboarding new accounts and continuing to build existing relationships.
