ISG Provider Lens Rolls Out in Australia, Brazil and UK

August 10 2018

US-based research and advisory firm Information Services Group (ISG) has expanded its Provider Lens coverage into three new markets - Australia, Brazil and the UK - with separate reports evaluating providers offering infrastructure, data center and private cloud services.

Esteban HerreraFounded by Chairman and CEO Michael Connors in 2006, and headquartered in Stamford, CT, ISG now employs more than 1,300 professionals operating across more than twenty countries. Since it was set up, the group has acquired TPI, Compass, STA Consulting, and more recently emerging IT trends analyst Saugatuck Technology, subscription-based research, advisory and benchmarking firm Experton Group AG, and outsourcing advisory firm Alsbridge Holdings.

ISG claims its Provider Lens Quadrant research series is the only provider evaluation of its kind to combine empirical, data-driven research and market analysis with the real-world experience and observations of a global advisory team. It offers insights to enterprise buyers on the strengths, competitive differentiators and unique selling points of providers serving each market, while ISG's own advisors use the reports to validate their market knowledge and make recommendations to the firm's enterprise clients. The series was launched last year in the US and Germany.

Esteban Herrera (pictured), ISG Partner and Global Leader, comments: 'We are delighted to expand our ISG Provider Lens coverage to Australia, Brazil and the UK as part of our ongoing plans to offer this valuable provider research to clients in major sourcing markets around the world. No other research offers this kind of real-world perspective drawn from the front lines of digital, IT and business process outsourcing. Our clients derive tremendous value from these reports'.
