Engagious Expands US Research and Sales Teams

In the US, customer insights and messaging consultancy Engagious has hired Gina Derickson as Research Director and Robin Greenspan as Director of Sales.

Gina Derickson and Robin GreenspanFormed earlier this year from the merger of survey tech firm Dialsmith with research-based comms consultancy Presentation Testing, Engagious provides research and communications consulting to corporations, presidential campaigns, trade associations, advocacy groups and think tanks in fields such as entertainment, public policy and renewable energy.

Derickson joins from evidence-based consulting firm KJT Group, where as Qualitative Senior Research Director she was responsible for executing qual projects, building client partnerships, and optimizing the qual value proposition and team development. Prior to this, she worked for Ipsos UU as Qualitative Research Director; Ethicon Endo-Surgery (Johnson & Johnson) as Senior Market Research Manager - Global Business Insights; and Procter & Gamble as SRA - Product Research. Greenspan joins with more than 25 years' sales and business development experience. She was previously International Sales Manager at color and fashion analyst Color Me Beautiful, before which she held business development and sales roles at Thompson Information Services, Westat, Congressional Quarterly and PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

In their new positions, Derickson with lead the Engagious Research Project team, while moderating dial test focus groups; while Greenspan will head up sales efforts, focusing on advocacy groups and the direct response industry.
