Ipsos New Zealand has appointed Amrutha Murthy as Director, responsible for leading customer experience (CX) strategy at a senior level with major clients.Murthy (pictured) joins with fifteen years' experience of delivering customer experience programs. Most recently, she led CX Design at New Zealand Post, after implementing an enterprise Voice of the Customer solution for IAG, where she served as Enterprise CX Manager. Prior to this, she was a Senior Strategic Advisor of Customer Strategy at New Zealand's Inland Revenue, and she also worked at Kiwibank and IBM.
