Kadence Grows London Headcount

November 29 2018

Kadence International has reported a strong 2018 with a 16% increase in its London based headcount. The new hires include AD Lizzy Pottinger and 'a host of new graduate insight executives and apprentices'.

Lizzy PottingerAcquired four years ago by full service Japanese MR group CMG (Cross Marketing Group), the company has offices in the US, UK, India, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Hong Kong and China. Kadence started out as a UK business to business specialist and retains strong expertise in b2b. In the summer it announced it had added five to the London team, including former Surveylog exec Illitch Real as Project & Operations Director.

Pottinger (pictured) brings qual and quant experience from a number of different sectors including, FMCG, retail, healthcare, charity and finance. She spent two and a half years as a Research and Evaluation Consultant at Cancer Research UK, before moving to Sydney, Aus where she worked a similar spell for research agency FiftyFive5 (merged last week with GalKal). She returned to the UK in 2017.

Kadence says the rush of new talent reflects extensive business wins during this year - it has won more than sixteen new clients and says it has 'maintained and grown relationships with all existing clients'. MD Greg Clayton notes: '2018 has been an exceptionally strong year for Kadence... To increase our headcount by 16% this year is a huge testament to all of the hard work the team has put in over the past 12 months. We are optimistic that this platform and growth will allow us to successfully navigate any uncertainty that 2019 may bring'.

The firm, which says it is 'still actively recruiting' ready for a busy Q1 2019, is on the web at www.kadence.com .
