MetrixLab co-founder and CEO Jan Willem Gerritsen is to leave the company tomorrow, ' to pursue another opportunity'. Scott Ernst, Global CEO of parent company the Macromill Group will take over his roles and responsibilities on an interim basis.
Gerritsen is also Executive Officer, Europe / US / Latin America Operations of the wider Macromill Group, while Ernst is also its Representative Executive Officer. Gerritsen co-founded MetrixLab in 1999, led its rapid expansion and played a key role in its integration with Macromill following their merger in 2014.
Macromill Group is headquartered in Tokyo with more than 40 offices across the Americas, EMEA and Asia, and employs more than 2,100 experts worldwide. Group companies also include Dentsu Macromill Insight, Inc.; M-Cube, Inc.; Precision Sample, LLC; and H.M. Marketing Research, Inc., among others.
