Martin Filz Leaves Lightspeed GMI for EurekaAI

Former Lightspeed GMI APAC CEO Martin Filz has left the company to join mobile data and artificial intelligence specialist EurekaAI as Managing Director, based in its Sydney office.

Headquartered in Jakarta, EurekaAI provides timely ad targeting through a combination of its own AI, real-time mobile operator data and clients' proprietary data. Filz (pictured) joins after six years at Kantar subsidiary Lightspeed GMI, serving as CEO for EMEA and then APAC. Prior to this, he was MD EMEA for research technology and panels firm GMI (merged with Lightspeed in 2011), and earlier he worked for Research Now as MD EMEA & APAC, and Nielsen // NetRatings as Northern Europe MD.

In a LinkedIn post, Filz commented: 'In a world where we each leave a digital footprint the size of an ocean, my colleagues at EurekaAI have built the most amazing platform to harness, interpret and learn from this data trail for the benefit of both consumers and business. What's even more exciting is that the products I'll help to build mean that I'll still be within the broad space of research so continue to work with people that I have for the last fifteen+ years'.
