V12 Launches Auto 'Dealer Conquest' Solution

In the US, marketing analytics provider V12 has launched a solution called Dealer Conquest, to help automotive dealerships identify shoppers who are expressing active intent to purchase, and convert them into customers.

V12 comprises three sub-brands: customer data platform V12 Velocity; V12 Data, offering access to more than 215 million consumer contacts; and V12 Signals, which identifies consumer purchase intent using proprietary mobile location intelligence and trigger data insights on a monthly basis. In the automotive market, the firm also offers a tool called V12 AutoID, built on its Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) database to identify consumers actively shopping for vehicles; and a service called 'automotive purchase-intender audiences', to pinpoint in-market consumers who have visited a dealership within the previous 24-48 hours.

Based on V12 Signals' in-market behavior data, as opposed to models using historical data, the company's new Dealer Conquest service comprises three tools: V12 Traffic, providing in-market leads targeted to a dealer location; V12 Attribution, which includes V12 Traffic components plus daily attribution reporting; and V12 Velocity Dealer CRM, for multi-channel campaigns. Additionally, the VIN database with linkage at the household and garage level, is integrated into the new model.
