Respondent access specialist Maru/Blue has launched a panel management tool called Forums, through which clients can manage and execute community research themselves or access support from the firm's Insight and Community Management team.
Maru/Blue, which was launched last April, provides access to 'deeply engaged, well-curated respondents' through communities Maru Voice Canada (formerly operating as the Angus Reid Forum), Maru Voice Business Canada, Springboard America, and Maru Voice UK, as well as the recently launched Maru Voice UK Omnibus.
The new Maru/Blue Forums tool is powered by the company's proprietary technology Maru/HUB, which integrates multiple data streams into a single system allowing real-time analysis of behavioral, transactional and attitudinal information. The new solution is available to clients as a self-service, assisted-serve or full-service offer; and Maru/Blue Forums also offers a standardized panel community web site, full qualitative toolkit, member engagement tools, advanced analysis and reporting suite.
