In the US, IT and business process consultancy Cognizant has acquired US-based digital marketing agency Lev, which provides data-driven insight and personalization across the customer journey. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Indianapolis-based Lev specializes in custom cloud solutions that enable marketers to use automation, personal preferences and data to build customer connections through personalized experiences. Last year, the company partnered with Salesforce-owned marketing intelligence provider Datorama, to launch a Marketing Performance Management practice to help customers measure marketing effectiveness. Lev was founded in 2006 as Levementum, and today has approximately 200 employees.
Lev CEO Michael Burton (pictured) comments: 'We are thrilled to be joining Cognizant with their rich expertise in data, cloud, and Salesforce solutions. Together, we will be able to address a broader array of business and technology challenges for our clients.'
