US online survey software provider QuestionPro has set up a reseller and distributor program, to make it easier for partners to integrate the firm's solutions directly into their own.
<! pod><! pod>Headquartered in Austin, Texas, QuestionPro offers a core technology platform covering surveys, customer experience and employee experience. Earlier this year, the firm launched a trivia, quiz and polling platform called LivePolls, to both 'engage and excite' audiences and help understand their preferences.
A number of firms have already joined the company's new QuestionPro Partner Channel, which offers preferred fixed rates on QuestionPro products; support with sales, implementation and service; along with access to the 24/7 technical support team. Commenting on the launch, Ken Peterson (pictured), President, Customer Experience, said: 'Our suite of enterprise tools makes it easier to source, collect and analyze critical data from every corner of an organization. Through this new program, our partners can leverage these tools within their own to better serve clients'.
