Truth Founder Andy Dexter Joins Verve's Board

Truth Consulting founder Andy Dexter has joined London-based community panels and digital research specialist Verve as a Non-Executive Board Director.

Andy DexterVerve, which also has an office in Chicago, uses commonly adopted technology to gather feedback, and integrates multiple data sources to deliver more in-depth insight. In December, the UK business of communities company Potentiate became part of Verve, which has since integrated Potentiate's model for combining community panels and CX (customer experience) programmes. Verve says it is now seeking to extend this partnership model through further initiatives in 2021.

Dexter joins the Board after a career which has included recently co-founding visual analytics tech firm Signoi, which uses AI and automated analytics to decode cultural signals; and founding brand, innovation and business strategy specialist Truth Consulting. Earlier, he served as CEO of both global research consultancy Illuminas and of Incepta Marketing Intelligence. In addition, Dexter serves as an Advisor to insight and analytics company MESH Experience.

At Verve, Dexter will help drive collaboration, combination and M&A strategy, with a focus on businesses with complementary skills, specialisms, platforms and geographies.
