Nielsen Hires Growth and Product Leader in Australia

In Sydney, Nielsen has appointed former Hearts & Science exec Jonathan Betts as Executive Director, Commercial Growth and Product Strategy, Nielsen Media Australia. He takes up the new role next Monday.

Jonathan BettsBetts (pictured) joins with more than twenty years' experience working at both digital and full-service media agencies. Most recently, he worked at Omnicom's data-driven marketing agency Hearts & Science as Chief Experience Officer, before which, he served as Group Business Director at OMD Australia. Earlier, he held senior roles at ZenithOptimedia Group, MediaCom Australia, and Starcom.

In his new role, Betts is tasked with helping Nielsen deliver 'greater commercial impact' for its products and services.
