SurveyMonkey has announced that its CX solution GetFeedback will integrate with cross-channel shopper personalisation platform Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
GetFeedback is used to capture feedback across channels, analyze it and act upon the findings to improve customer experience. The integration, developed in partnership with Astound Commerce, extends SurveyMonkey's existing, long-running integration with Salesforce solutions and allows new forms of feedback-based action.
Users can now identify the drivers of behaviour such as cart abandonment, employ post-purchase surveys to enrich customer data, survey site visitors, resolve bugs and optimise marketing efforts.
