Long-Time Kantar Exec Baker Joins Ipsos

Melissa Baker has joined Ipsos as CEO for Public Affairs, Sub-Saharan Africa and MENA, based in Nairobi

Melissa BakerBaker (pictured) brings more than 30 years' experience conducting research, consultancy and evaluation in the context of international development in Africa and the Middle East, most recently as CEO Africa and Middle East for Kantar Public where she worked on social behavior change initiatives, building M&E teams, and advising on development in areas including public health, agriculture, governance and education policy. Earlier she was Chief Executive of TNS East Africa at the time of the acquisition of RMS.
