Talkwalker Launches Podcast Conversation Analysis Tool

In New York, social media monitoring platform Talkwalker has added a tool called Speech Analytics, allowing brands and agencies to sift conversations taking place in podcasts.

Pierre DetryTalkwalker's platform uses AI-powered technology to monitor and analyze online conversations in real-time across social media networks, news web sites, blogs and forums in 187 languages. Last year, the firm launched a data visualization tool called Conversation Clusters, to enable marketers, PR professionals and consumer insight analysts to uncover, understand and visualize the context around any topic.

With its latest technology, Talkwalker enables brands to tap into what is being said about them in podcasts - including both organic and sponsored mentions - to provide a 'holistic' view of their campaigns. By including a catalog of 35,000 podcasts from a variety of platforms including Apple Podcasts, Talkwalker says it is opening the door to a world of conversations to complement its existing social media listening capabilities.
