British-based tech-led insight agency FlexMR has expanded its InsightHub toolkit with the launch of its VideoMR video analysis tool, to enable the collection, analysis and distribution of content in a single platform.
Headquartered in the Lake District, with additional offices in the US and Germany, FlexMR offers a fully integrated qual and quant SaaS online and mobile research platform, as well as a multi-language software product supported by its insight professionals. The firm's InsightHub provides an integrated platform which brings together its range of existing research tools and services.
VideoMR has been developed to help researchers build a searchable library of video data, with access to clips that can be shared and edited. According to the firm, automated transcription, filtering options and control over the content library makes integrating a quick and streamlined process. The tool's in-built montage creator provides a streamlined way to convert video feedback into deliverables, which can then be shared with a single click. Supporting the release is the addition of a video capture question within the SurveyMR InsightHub tool, to collect video responses - up to three minutes in length - from survey participants. Responses are immediately available within VideoMR for analysis, alongside content from other platform tools such as Focus GroupMR.
