Infotools Adds Harmoni Usability and Control Features

May 12 2021

New Zealand-based MR software provider Infotools has updated its flagship Harmoni platform, with the addition of features for combining, analyzing and reporting on all types of data.

Ant FranklinInfotools, which also has offices in the US, Europe and South Africa, focuses on helping researchers process, analyse, visualize and share data. Its Harmoni 'data-to-delivery' software platform streamlines the process from data processing through to analysis, reporting, distribution and data alerts; and combines data from multiple sources into one set. In December it added new features including automatic cross-referencing and streamlining of the analysis and visualization of multi-level (hierarchical) survey data.

The firm says its latest upgrade offers intuitive navigation to provide access to functions for loading, managing and sharing data within Harmoni, saving time and reducing errors. It also offers enhanced control for managers, enabling them to share the right projects and stories with the right team members; and new functionality allows users to analyze and interact with the data, apply filters, generate insights and create 'data stories'. In addition, new immersive reporting capabilities have been launched to better view and present insights.

CEO Ant Franklin (pictured) comments: 'This release offers exciting capabilities within Harmoni for our users that will allow them to get the most out of their consumer data through improved team collaboration, storytelling, insights sharing and more. We've taken our depth of experience in market research, knowledge about the changing technological landscape, and direct customer feedback to thoughtfully create this newest version of the platform'.
