SyncScript Launches Curated Support Division

June 21 2021

In the US, language services agency SyncScript has launched a new division called SyncSupport, offering a curated approach to 'bridge the gap' between transcript and final report.

New division for SyncScriptSet up in 2016 by former Focus forward execs Liz Granahan and Meghan Surdenas, SyncScript provides verbatim transcription of audio into a Word document. The firm also offers transcription from speaker engagements, Excel and Notes formats; qualitative translation services from audio and text; and an API which enables clients to automatically upload files for transcription and receive status updates throughout the transcription process.

The new SyncSupport project team offers help with language work for features / tasks such as analysis grids, topline updates, keyword highlighting and quotes to support themes. Granahan explains: 'SyncSupport is a natural extension of our partnerships in the insights community. We've watched as constant and consistent data collection has become the new norm, and is now as easy as jumping on a video call. Your research needs to be faster, too - and that's where we come in'.
