Focus Pointe CEO Laura Livers Joins SeeLevel HX

In the US, former Focus Pointe Global CEO Laura Livers has joined customer experience specialist SeeLevel HX as Executive Vice president, tasked with leading the firm's growth initiatives.

Formed in 2015 through the merger of Mystery Researchers, Insula Research and Beyond Hello, SeeLevel HX applies a consultative approach to the development of customer experience programs led by category experts with a broad range of experience both as practitioners and project managers. The firm's suite of B2C and B2B mystery shopping measurement solutions includes mobile app and GPS testing, social media monitoring, online customer experience, market landscape and competitive analysis.

Livers (pictured) worked most recently at data collection group Schlesinger, having joined it as EVP, US Qualitative Solutions. This followed the firm's acquisition of Focus Pointe Global (FPG), where she had previously spent more than eleven years - the last four as CEO. She joined FPG in 2009 as EVP Operations, having previously spent two years as President of Mystery Shopping at Market Force, and 24 years as President of Shop 'n Chek.
