Mystery Researchers Merges Firms Under New Name

US agencies Mystery Researchers, Insula Research and Beyond Hello have merged under the new name SeeLevel HX.

Atlanta, GA-based business intelligence provider Mystery Researchers acquired on-site data collection specialist Insula and customer service measurement firm Beyond Hello last year, and CEO Lisa van Kesteren (pictured) says the new name reflects the firm's clients desire to understand their customers' experience.

She comments: 'We want to measure and engage their customers in their preferred environment; mystery shop for execution, csat and surveys for how they feel and social media to stay on the pulse of their intentions. We've restructured to meet the needs of our clients as they evolve and so that they are able to better see their brand at their customers' level'.
