Aha! Rolls Out Qualtrics Integration

August 12 2021

In the US, online qual research platform Aha! Insights Technology has announced an integration with Experience Management (XM) provider Qualtrics, augmenting its suite of strategic qual / quant activities and tools.

Ray FischerAha! offers a full suite of qual and quant tools and activities to quickly create and deploy custom consumer and B2B research studies in-the-moment and as people go about their daily lives - capturing in-depth emotions, actions and behavior. The Qualtrics integration allows Aha!'s clients to conduct more sophisticated quant/qual hybrid studies, including methods like Conjoint and MaxDiff, with accompanying analytics, for both consumer and B2B research studies, via one platform. More complex quant-only studies are also a possibility.

The firm's existing offer also includes the Zoom integration Live Conversations; TruRotation, billed as the MR industry's only algorithm driven multi-day rotation zero-bias concept testing tool; and the Dynamic Canvas projective tool. It also provides / makes use of techniques including projective storytelling, mobile video and image upload tools, usability studies, perceptual mapping and analytic resources.

CEO Ray Fischer (pictured) comments: 'While we have been in the qual/quant game for many years, the addition of Qualtrics DesignXM allows clients to do quant only or qual/quant hybrid studies at much larger scale. This enables our clients to access the power of Qualtrics on a project basis and supercharges Aha!'s QuickSprint quant/qual hybrid methodology, allowing for bigger, more robust studies than was possible previously on one platform'.
