Havas Buys Digital Experience Agency Inviqa

February 22 2022

Marcoms group Havas has acquired UK-based digital experience agency Inviqa in what it describes as a 'substantial' eight-figure deal.

Yair SpitzerInviqa's team of more than 150 consultants, designers and developers, based across eight offices in Europe, work with clients to design digital products and develop teams, processes and software systems. Services include helping understand the drivers behind client products, through user research and usability testing, to discover what customers want and understand how to meet their changing needs. The firm then focuses on technical architecture consulting and development, and digital platform consulting and implementation.

As part of Havas CX, Inviqa will merge with digital transformation agency ekino, and be based in the Havas UK Village in London's King's Cross. The Inviqa brand will stay and the business will be led by the firm's founder and CEO Yair Spitzer (pictured), while ekino will continue to operate as a standalone brand within Havas CX in non-UK markets.

Yannick Bolloré, Chairman and CEO of Havas Group, comments: 'As the world begins to transition out of the pandemic, customer experience continues to represent one of our biggest growth opportunities - as demonstrated by the success of the Havas CX network, which has grown by two-thirds since its launch in 2020. Inviqa will help us unlock even more cross-discipline opportunities, and I'm excited to welcome Yair and the team to the Havas family'.
