Press Ganey Completes Forsta Acquisition with Investment

April 27 2022

Healthcare experience specialist Press Ganey has completed its acquisition of research technology firm Forsta with an investment, which will be used to accelerate product innovation, especially in the areas of AI, data visualization and qualitative research.

Patrick Ryan and Kyle FergusonAnnounced in February, Press Ganey says that the acquisition will enable it to tap into Forsta's global presence and network to drive its own international healthcare growth ambitions, while also expanding the company into new verticals - such as retail, financial services and consumer goods. In addition, Press Ganey is now able to offer a new suite of healthcare, self-service solutions, for digital communities, virtual focus groups, crowdsourcing and more.

Forsta was created last year through the merger of Confirmit and FocusVision, and the joint company, comprising more than 3,000 employees, will continue to be led by Press Ganey's Patrick Ryan as Chairman and CEO, while Kyle Ferguson will remain at the helm of Forsta as CEO. Ryan says that with Forsta, Press Ganey will expand into new geographies and industries, with complementary market research, CX and EX technology that will work alongside his firm's existing healthcare solutions.

Ferguson adds: 'Press Ganey is expediting Forsta's mission to reinvent the global insights industry. With this investment, we will be able to greatly accelerate innovation so our customers can deliver better insights, faster and at scale. There is tremendous opportunity from the convergence of our resources, and we have no plans to slow down.'
