Nielsen has expanded its Asia Pacific team with the appointment of long-time Ipsos exec Arnaud Frade as Senior Vice President and Head of Commercial Growth.
Frade (pictured) is the co-founder of XLR8.Asia, which helps European start-ups and scaleups enter the Asia Pacific region. He previously spent six years at Ipsos in Singapore, latterly as Service Line Leader - Social Intelligence Analytics, APAC, alongside his main commercial and client leadership role. During his time with the firm, he was also CEO of Ipsos Interactive Services, APAC; and earlier he held leadership roles at Hall & Partners, TNS and IRI.
