In the UK, insight business Walnut Unlimited has appointed four new Research Directors and two Associate Directors.
Walnut Unlimited was formed in 2017 when marcoms network the Unlimited Group combined four of its existing insight businesses to form what it describes as a 'human understanding' agency. Strengths include neuroscience, behavioural science, qualitative research and analytics.
Joining as Research Directors are Beenish Cheema, Aislinn Hanna, Bethan Palmer and Nors Kinsey. Cheema joins the firm's financial services team, after serving as an AD at Ipsos Mori, and thirteen years at Future Thinking, latterly as Research Manager. Hanna previously held the same title at global insight agency Kokoro, and was an AD at ABA Research. Kinsey has more than 25 years' industry experience and most recently worked at MMR as Senior Account Director, after fifteen years at Future Thinking. Finally, Palmer joins after roles at DVJ Insights, Hall & Partners, HPI Research (now part of Savanta) and Kantar Public.
Beth Shears and Drew Stillhave been named Walnut Unlimited Associate Directors. Shears previously worked at Kantar WorldPanel and Media by Kantar; and Still completes the line-up, joining Walnut's social research arm, ICM Unlimited, after positions at BritainThinks, Decidedly and Future Thinking. MD Chris Bland says of the hires: 'We're welcoming a wealth of hands-on research experience and sector expertise that will benefit existing clients and attract new ones.
