European customer service specialist Dive has acquired Sweden-based agency Nordic Mystery Shopping for an undisclosed sum.
Launched in 2013 by Daniel Swidén and Robert Uggla, Nordic now operates in Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. The firm's mystery shoppers conduct everything from simple 'store checks' to more advanced sales conversations, visiting everything from passenger ships, retail and grocery stores to kiosks, cafés, restaurants and malls.
Following the takeover, Nordic Mystery Shopping will continue to be managed by Swidén (pictured). The news follows Dive's 2021 acquisitions of Norwegian mystery shopping and customer satisfaction agency Ukjent Kunde, and Finland-based mystery shopping and CX firm Palvelu Plus.
Kerli Soosaar, CEO of Dive, says following the deal the group now has a team of 100 professionals in eight countries, and performs 200,000 mystery visits per year.
