Onclusive Buys Social Media Listening Specialist Digimind

July 20 2022

PR and comms monitoring group Onclusive has acquired AI-powered social media listening and intelligence platform Digimind. Terms of the deal have not been disclosed.

Manuel MoerbachDigimind's technology has been designed to transform social media and online data into business insights, enabling marketers to plan, execute and analyze their strategy. Solutions cover brand reputation, competitive intelligence, consumer insights, influencer identification, trend tracking and innovation, and campaign analysis. The company has its headquarters in Grenoble, France, and additional offices in New York, Paris, Singapore, Rabat, Buenos Aires, Mexico, Madrid and Amsterdam.

The firm joins Onclusive, which was formed at the start of this year when software investor Symphony Technology Group (STG) completed its acquisition of Kantar's Reputation Intelligence business, along with two other firms, media management software provider PRgloo and data science company Onclusive. The three businesses were immediately merged, taking the Onclusive name, and later in May Onclusive acquired US-based media monitoring platform Critical Mention.

Manuel Moerbach (pictured), CEO of Onclusive, comments: 'Since the launch of Onclusive at the start of the year, we have been on an exciting journey, striving to provide our clients with the best media measurement and management tools. Incorporating Digimind into our portfolio is the critical next step on that trajectory, significantly enhancing and delivering the social media capabilities our clients are seeking'.
