In the US, newly launched pop culture strategy agency SUP3RNATURAL and full-service agency Touchstone Research have partnered, to help clients conduct research and produce creative and campaign briefs based on those findings for use in marketing activities.SUP3RNATURAL was founded last month by Jake Katz, who previously served as SVP Strategy at entertainment marketing and content production company Trailer Park, VP, Audience Insights & Strategy at Revolt Media and TV, General Manager of Ypulse, Director of Trends and Primary Research at NBCUniversal, and Manager of Insights Innovation at MTV. His firm offers a range of services such as communications planning, target audience development, and creative strategy.
With the partnership, SUP3RNATURAL will offer its clients creative testing, positioning, and audience research capabilities through Touchstone's global panel partnership program, which provides access to millions of panelists across a range of demographics - including kids, teens, young adults aged 18 to 29, and adults aged 30 to 65. Aaron Burch, CEO of Touchstone Research, which provides consumer research services to media and entertainment, tech, youth, and family brands, says that the deal also provides access to SUP3RNATURAL's marketing strategy skill set, delivering support for fielding research to writing the creative or campaign brief.
Katz says: 'We are excited to partner in providing clients with both efficiency and opportunity for stronger collaboration between research and marketing, or what the data says and what to do with it.'
