Next15's data and insights group Savanta has acquired US-based full-service MR agency Infosurv, for an undisclosed sum.
Founded in 1998, Atlanta, Georgia-based Infosurv offers a range of services for employee engagement, customer experience, and marketing insights, using methodologies including conjoint analysis; discrete choice analysis; mobile data collection, and telephone and online surveys; qual research; questionnaire design; and sampling.
Savanta says the deal will enhance its own capabilities across the employee engagement and customer experience sectors. As part of the acquisition, the Infosurv management team will remain with the business and there will be no immediate changes to the day-to-day running of the company, with its CEO Kyle Burnam reporting directly to Vin DeRobertis, CEO Americas.
Burnam said that working as part of Savanta, will allow Infosurv to bring a wider range of insight solutions to its clients, while opening up opportunities for the team. DeRobertis adds: 'We are excited to expand the footprint on the ground here to compliment the global business Savanta continues to build. We're joining together with a team of specialist consultants whose expertize and values fully aligns with ours, in helping our clients make better decisions.'
