In New York, marketing intelligence and analysis firm Advertiser Perceptions has appointed long-time Thomsons Reuters exec Josh Becker as Chief Financial Officer.
Advertiser Perceptions works with clients in the media, advertising and ad tech industries. Its proprietary Ad PROS Network and relationships with advertisers provide clients with a view of the market, their brand, and the competition. Last month the company raised 'significant investment' funding from Eureka Equity Partners, which it is using to expand its business.
Becker joins with more than 25 years of global strategic and operational financial experience across the SaaS, information services and technology sectors. For the past 23 years, he has worked at Thomson Reuters, most recently as Global Head of Decision Support. Before this he held several divisional finance leadership roles including CFO of Government & Small Law Segments, responsible for finance, accounting and operational activities. During his career, Becker has overseen many M&A transactions, and led numerous company reorganizations and transformations.
Commenting on the appointment, co-founder and CEO Randy Cohen said: 'Josh's deep expertise and vast experience supporting strategic growth acceleration - especially for information service companies - will be invaluable for Advertiser Perceptions as we seek to fast-track our next phase of growth and develop new ways to serve our current and future clients'.
