Forrester Adds Sales and Revenue Ops Tools

US-based tech research and advisory firm Forrester has announced two new research services within its Forrester Decisions suite, covering Revenue Operations and B2B Sales.

Forrester Adds Sales and Revenue Ops ToolsThe company launched Forrester Decisions in 2021, describing it as a 'customer obsessed' research product portfolio to help firms accelerate the pace of business and digital change post-pandemic. The suite combines Forrester's experience with frameworks, models, and methodologies gained through the company's acquisition of b2b research and advisory firm SiriusDecisions.

One new addition Forrester Decisions for Revenue Operations, aims to help B2B operations leaders expand their remit beyond internal measures of performance such as improving team efficiency and productivity, to driving customer and buyer value. The firm says it will assist them in bridging strategy and execution with integrated planning and budgeting, driving actionable insights and performance measurement, and establishing an operational data strategy advantage, among other goals.

The other, Forrester Decisions for B2B Sales, promises to help sales executives and others such as those in sales enablement and customer success drive scalable and sustainable revenue growth - providing the intelligence to align revenue and route-to-market strategies to corporate objectives, inspire and empower their teams to achieve revenue targets - as well as acquiring new customers.
