STRAT7 Debuts Generative AI Tool

UK-based strategic insight and customer analytics group STRAT7 has launched a generative AI tool called strat7GPT, which ingests and analyses unstructured data uploaded from any text-based source, including verbatim survey responses, transcripts, PDFs, presentations and call logs.

STRAT7 was founded in 2019 by insight and analytics agencies ResearchBods and Bonamy Finch, together with start-up LiFE. Its strat7.ai approach promises to deliver structured analysis from unstructured data sources at scale: the new strat7GPT has been launched by this unit but is designed to be used by all consultants across the group.

With strat7GPT, data can be synthesised at scale, and when used in conjunction with the bespoke strat7.ai toolkit, it can gather and analyse unstructured data for a broad range of use cases. These include cultural landscaping, category understanding, customer closeness and brand strategy. The new strat7GPT is the second AI-powered technology to be released for internal STRAT7 use by strat7.ai, following the launch of cultural trends platform Crowd Signals in 2021.
