Ad tech and consumer data firm LoopMe has announced a partnership with data company Acxiom, making use of the former's survey-based Audience & Measurement Platform (AMP) to develop custom audiences.LoopMe was founded in 2012 and is headquartered in the UK, with offices in Singapore, Australia, China, Poland, Ukraine and six US cities. Six months ago the firm acquired mobile advertising and monetisation platform Chartboost. Acxiom, with locations in the US, the UK, Germany, China, Poland and Mexico, serves these days as 'the connected data and technology foundation' of the Interpublic Group / IPG Mediabrands, integrating and readying data for AI-driven marketing and decision-making for the group and its clients
The new partnership brings together LoopMe's AMP with Acxiom's marketing technology, identity and consumer data, and promises agencies and brands the ability to produce custom segments targeting 'high intent' audiences for export to, and use on, preferred DSPs. AMP is an end-to-end solution running custom standalone Audience Surveys to generate new bespoke audiences. Advertisers use it either pre-campaign or in-flight, to create custom segments directly from survey data, which is then scaled via LoopMe's AI.
'We're proud to work with Acxiom to launch our Custom Audience partnership', says LoopMe's CPO Rob Cukierman (pictured). 'This comes at a time when ROI is a key focus for advertisers, and the offering allows them to easily reach 'high intent' segments for more accurate targeting and improved performance. Acxiom's industry-leading, marketing data technology and client base aligns perfectly with our patented, survey-based Audience & Measurement Platform to deliver agencies and brands actionable, quality audiences.' Martin Wexler, EVP of Partner Accounts at Acxiom, adds: 'Our partnership with LoopMe provides yet another opportunity to tap into people's attitudes and preferences so advertising is relevant and timely.'
