Automated consumer insights platform Zappi has appointed Anna Soppelsa as Customer Success Manager and Catherine Berube as Director of Account Management.

Zappi was launched a dozen years ago in the UK by Stephen Phillips, and now employs more than 300 people in offices in Boston, London and Cape Town. Its platform is used by some 350 brands to help understand consumers, accelerate innovation pipelines, and optimize ads and products pre-launch. During 2024 it unveiled an Innovation System combining its customers' proprietary data sets with LLM technology to help accelerate innovation cycles and forecast in-market performance. Soppelsa (pictured above) is based in London. She joined Kantar's Worldpanel in April 2018 as a Category Analyst, and spent three and a half years at the company before joining Unilever as Global Assistant CMI Manager for Skincare. Most recetnyl she worked as a Senior Consultant at Circana.
Berube (pictured below) joined in Boston in May after working as an Account Manager at Brandwatch, and earlier spent six years at tech researcher Forrester, in Account Management and Client Executive roles.
